Appisodes are big - be sure to be in an area with good wi-fi for as long as you need to download the app - probably about 10-30 minutes.
If you can't hear audio, make sure your MUTE switch on the side of your iPad is not red.
If the video doesn't play, tap a tile in the navigation bar on the top, or force quit the app and start over. We're working on a permanent fix for this.
